Alina brings more than 23 years of experience in clinical research and pharmaceutical operations to Palleos, with a proven track record in strategic project delivery, team leadership, and operational excellence. Her career includes senior roles at ICON plc (formerly PRA Health Sciences), where she led global clinical programs, managed high-value projects, and drove key business development initiatives. She holds a university degree in Medical Biologics, combining a strong scientific foundation with hands-on leadership in managing complex, multi-regional teams and studies.
