Financial Analyst is responsible for preparation and review of finacial aspects of change orders and new bids, while ensuring all the services and project expenses are considered in final quotes fully and correctly.
Essential Activities of the Job
- Preparation of clinical study budgets and change order budgets
- Collaborate with team to develop budgets for new proposals.
- Ensure all services, resources, and associated project expenses are captured and included in financial plans.
- Conduct thorough reviews of change order proposals to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, operations, and legal, to gather necessary financial data and clarify project requirements.
- Perform activities defined by applicable SOPs, as well as other tasks delegated by management, in accordance with company policies and operational needs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related role, preferably within the CRO or healthcare industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- English: Fluent or Intermediate level
