Business Development Assistant (m/f/d)

Our expertise ranges from conducting clinical trials to advising on development plans and the market launch of innovative medical products and drugs. palleos healthcare also act as consultants in preclinical research projects.

The Business Development Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the business development team through a variety of tasks focused on maintaining data integrity, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing overall business development operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Maintenance: You ensure the CRM system is up-to-date, accurate, and effectively support decision-making processes across the organization.

  • Lead Identification: You conduct research and analysis to uncover new business opportunities via tools and oversight, provide actionable insights to the sales and business development teams.

  • RFX Analysis: You review and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to assess client needs and the feasibility of the company’s participation, deliver detailed reports and recommendations.

  • Conference Preparation: You assist in the planning and coordination of industry conference participation, including scheduling, material preparation, and logistical support.

  • Support of BD Associates: You provide comprehensive support to Business Development team members, aiding in client interactions, follow-ups on leads, and the preparation of sales presentations.

This role demands:

  • strong analytical skills and pay attention to detail

  • very good organizational skills, flexibility and independence

  • the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, and are characterized by team spirit and reliability

  • the Business Analyst’s contributions are essential to driving business growth and supporting strategic initiatives

  • successfully completed Master degree in any area (scientific, medical, linguistic, economics, technical study subject)

  • at least 2 years of professional experience

  • an excellent command of written and spoken German and English
